Shipping method

All Kolibri Socks orders are shipped out from our French warehouse to your country.

Shipments are transferred by French post to Norwegian post which completes the delivery. This shipping method includes order tracking through  laposte.fr or posten.no.

➡️ Home delivery in 3 business days with tracking from € 10.50 (depending on weight).
➡️ Home delivery free from 80€ purchase.

The estimated delivery window provided by Kolibri Socks reflects the most standard delivery. However, some orders may occasionally be subject to longer transit time caused by air freight delay, customs hold, or any other unforeseen complications outside of Kolibri Socks's control.

Customs information

Additional charges relating to customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Customs regulations vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office in Norway for more information.

From 1 January 2024, you must pay VAT on all purchases from abroad, even purchases under NOK 350. You must pay VAT and possibly customs duty when the goods arrive in Norway. In addition, the carrier (e.g. Posten) may charge a fee for customs treatment.
