Shipping method
All Kolibri Socks orders are shipped out from our French warehouse to your country.
Shipments are transferred by French post to Israeli post which completes the delivery. This shipping method includes order tracking through laposte.fr ou israelpost.co.il.

The estimated delivery window provided by Kolibri Socks reflects the most standard delivery. However, some orders may occasionally be subject to longer transit time caused by air freight delay, customs hold, or any other unforeseen complications outside of Kolibri Socks's control.
Customs information
Additional charges relating to customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Customs regulations vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office in Israel for more information.
Notice: Israel Customs may detain your package if personal import limits are exceeded.
Import taxes, duties, and fees will be imposed on customer with order value exceeding $75.00 USD and/or if two or more orders from the same consignee arrive in Israel in 72 hours with an aggregated value exceeding $75.00. (Order value does not include Loyalty Credit/Rewards/Governments Fees)
