Politique de remboursement

Vous avez le droit d'échanger ou de renvoyer tout produit acheté sur www.kolibrisocks.fr pour un remboursement intégral ou échange sous 14 jours après réception.

Tous les produits renvoyés doivent ne pas avoir été portés, ni lavés et être avec leur étiquette intacte. Quand vous renvoyez ou échangez tout article, les frais d'envoi vous incombent. Dès que nous recevons votre retour, nous procéderons au remboursement. Veuillez noter que vous ne serez pas remboursé(e) des frais d'envoi de la commande originale. Tout remboursement que nous effectuons sera réalisé via le même moyen de paiement que celui vous avez utilisé pour commander.

Nous ne saurions être tenus responsables de la perte de produits lors du processus de retour.

 

 

Refund policy

You have the right to exchange or return any product purchased on www.kolibrisocks.fr for a full refund or exchange within 14 days.

All returned products must not have been worn and washed and be with their labels intact. When you return or exchange any item, the shipping costs are your responsibility. As soon as we receive your return, we will proceed with the refund. Please note that you will not be refunded the cost of shipping of the original order. Any refund will be made through the same payment method you used to order.

We cannot be held responsible for any lost products during the return process.

EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with the provisions of article L.121-21-8 of the "Code de la Consommation", the right of withdrawal does not apply in particular to :

- The supply of goods which have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.
